By accessing shmackit.com or registering for any Shmack It Volleyball program, you agree to these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.
All programs are offered for youth athletes under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By registering, the parent or guardian confirms that the athlete is physically fit and cleared to participate in athletic activity.
A signed parent/guardian waiver is required before any athlete may participate. Submitting a waiver constitutes agreement to the Release of Liability described within that document. No refunds will be issued once a waiver has been signed and payment processed.
All athletes and parents/guardians are expected to respect coaches, other participants, and the facility. We reserve the right to remove any participant from a program without refund if conduct is deemed unsafe or disruptive.
Shmack It Volleyball may photograph or video participants during programs for use on social media or promotional materials. If you do not consent, please notify us in writing before the first session.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shmack It Volleyball, its coaches, and affiliated staff are not liable for injuries, losses, or damages sustained during normal participation in our programs. This does not limit liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Dakota County, Minnesota.
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of the site or enrollment in programs after changes constitutes acceptance. The effective date above will be updated accordingly.
